What is AniVerdict?+
AniVerdict is the anime community's voting platform. Every week fans vote for the best currently airing anime. Plus an all-time leaderboard where the greatest anime compete forever — votes never reset. No accounts needed. Just the community's honest verdict.
How do I vote?+
Just visit AniVerdict and you get 1 free token automatically — no sign up needed. Go to the Vote page, find your favourite anime, and click Vote. 1 token = 1 vote. You can spread tokens across multiple anime or go all-in on one.
What are tokens and why do I need them?+
Tokens prevent spam and make every vote meaningful. Without tokens anyone could vote thousands of times and the results would be meaningless. You get 1 free token per week just for visiting, and can earn up to 6 total by sharing AniVerdict with other fans.
How do I earn more tokens?+
You get 1 free token for visiting this week. Earn +1 more by sharing on X, +1 for sharing on Facebook, +1 for sharing on WhatsApp, and +2 for referring a friend who visits. Maximum 6 tokens per week. All tokens reset every Monday.
When do weekly votes reset?+
Weekly votes reset every Monday at midnight. A new week means fresh votes and a new chance for any anime to take #1. The weekly winner is archived in the Hall of Fame on the Leaderboard page.
Can I vote for any anime?+
Yes! The weekly vote shows the top currently airing anime from MyAnimeList, but you can search for any airing anime and add it to the vote. The all-time category starts with 10 nominees but you can search and nominate any anime ever made.
Do all-time votes ever reset?+
Never. All-time votes accumulate forever. Once an anime gets a vote it stays on the leaderboard permanently. Most votes = #1 for all time. This is the never-ending debate.
What is AniMashup?+
AniMashup is a head-to-head battle mode — two anime shown side by side, you click the one you think is better. No tokens needed. Vote instantly, see the community's percentage split, then move to the next battle. The loop never ends.
Can I vote multiple times for the same anime?+
No — you can only vote once per anime per category. But you can vote for multiple different anime using your tokens. For example with 3 tokens you could vote for 3 different anime in the all-time category.
Do I need to create an account?+
No account needed to vote. Your tokens are stored in your browser and reset every Monday automatically. In a future update we'll add optional sign-in for features like voting history and streak tracking.
What is the Hall of Fame?+
The Hall of Fame on the Leaderboard page archives every weekly winner. After each Monday reset the #1 anime from the previous week is immortalized there. It's a growing record of the community's weekly verdicts.
How is AniVerdict different from MyAnimeList or AniList?+
MAL and AniList are databases and tracking apps. AniVerdict is purely about the community verdict — weekly votes, live rankings, and the all-time debate. No episode tracking, no reviews. Just real fans deciding what's actually the best.
